Entrance Hall

All rooms are accessed via the Entrance Hall, and provides space for coats, boots etc as well as stairs to the first floor.

Living Area/Kitchen
Large, bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with wonderful views across open fields towards Blakeney. Four french-windows open off this main living area giving access to the patio on one side, and a verandah on the other.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.

Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all a good size with stripped wooden floors and rugs. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds, and the third has a double bed and a single (providing beds for 9 people in all).

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, both with basins and loos. One has a full size bath, and the other has a walk-in shower. Both have opening windows, halogen spot lights and tiled floors.
