Hawthorns, Stiffkey

If you are looking for a characterful, spacious, coastal home in a quiet location for a holiday or short break on the North Norfolk coast then Hawthorns might be the perfect place for you.

A barn-style detached cottage, Hawthorns offers spacious, contemporary accommodation in a fabulous rural location, close to the Stiffkey Saltings. Set in its own garden, it has far-reaching views over fields towards Blakeney looking East, and to the North views of the saltings and sea beyond, seen through the oak woods that separate the land from the salt marshes. This part of the coast is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.

The pretty flint village of Stiffkey is about a 10 minutes’ walk along the footpath that runs from the village to the marshes, giving easy walkable access to the local pub and shop.

Hawthorns comfortably sleeps 8/9, in four separate bedrooms with three bathrooms. A cot, high-chair and stair-gate are provided for our younger visitors. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is ample parking space for at least 3 cars (more than 3 cars will require some manouvering but there is space). We operate a strict non-smoking policy.

Bookings can be made on a weekly basis and out of season weekend/short breaks are also available.

As the cottage shares its location (but not its garden) with one other large barn-style property containing two units, (both sleeping 8) and if you are looking for accommodation for a larger party (several families holidaying together for instance), then it may be possible to book accommodation for up to 24 people.

Prices include spacious accommodation for 8/9 people holidaying together. Dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fully equipped kitchen. 28" flat screen TV, DVD player, CD and radio, cot, stairgate, highchair, patio, decked verandah, own enclosed garden on edge of coast with far-reaching views.
